Cancellation Policy

A refund of your deposit minus any processor charges, if applicable, will be issued if a replacement rider is provided by you. If you need assistance finding a replacement rider, contact Jody. If Two Spruce Farm cancels due to weather or other circumstances, you will have the option of asking for a refund, or moving your deposit to another clinic within this calendar year. Extenuating circumstance will be taken into consideration.
